Stoic Boards Damned if You Do, Led by Kate Siegel and Harvey Guillén

Stoic has boarded the high-concept dark comedy “Damned If You Do,” and will launch the launch worldwide sales of the film at the upcoming European Film Market in Berlin, where it will host the first screenings for global buyers.

“Damned If You Do” features am ensemble led by Harvey Guillén (“What We Do in the Shadows”) and Kate Siegel (“The Fall of the House of Usher”), both of whom also serve as executive producers. The cast is rounded out by Ginger Gonzaga (“She-Hulk”), Paulo Costanzo (“Upload”), Beth Dover (“Orange Is the New Black”), and Ed Weeks (“The Mindy Project”). Mike Flanagan, married to Siegel, has a cameo.

Directed by first-time feature filmmakers Jake Rubin and Evan Metzold, “Damned If You Do” follows a group of teenage friends who’ve made the ultimate adolescent mistake: selling their souls to the devil.
Decades later, their lives have taken them on wildly successful, yet disparate paths: as a rock star, a tech mogul, and a high-profile activist. With the contract’s deadline looming at their 25th high school reunion, the group must reunite and rely on an unlikely former classmate to help them escape Hell’s grasp before their time is up.

The film is produced by Matthew R. Cooper and Uwakokunre (Kokie) Imasogie for Objectively Good Media (OGM), alongside Lior Haas. Executive producers include Rubin, Metzold, Siegel, Guillén, Gilad Haas, and Henry Russell Bergstein.

The supporting cast includes Molly Bernard (“Hit Man”), Jillian Gottlieb (“Soon By You”), Matthew Stephen Smith (“Too Hot to Handle”), Liza Treyger (“Survival of the Thickest”), Ashley Austin Morris (“Inventing Anna”), and Genesis Oliver (“FBI: Most Wanted”).
